This project consisted of creating 17 renovated labs and associated prep rooms within the 42,000 square foot third floor of Wing B of the school that were consistent with the MSBA’s SLI design guidelines.

The project also includes a new roof over Building B and new windows on the third floor of Building B. In order to meet schedule, the demolition and abatement packages were released as its own design package. The project was procured as a Chapter 149 project.
