LeftField was hired to manage the site search, planning, design and construction of Biocytogen Boston Corp’s 36,000 SF facility located in Lincoln Property Company’s 300 Third Ave development in Waltham, MA.

The fit-out included a mix of lab, lab support, office, meeting and cafeteria space, as well as an approximately 3,500 square foot vivarium.  This facility integrates BSL2 lab and vivarium spaces with sophisticated class A office space, fostering synergy and innovation among employees. In addition to a climate-controlled 4,000 cage vivarium, this facility encompasses advanced cell culture and procedure suites, and an open-concept design that encourages cross-disciplinary collaboration among teams and partners.
