LeftField was selected to lead the planning and design effort for the renovation of the Warren Towers Complex. Warren Towers was built in 1965, and includes three 14-story towers, housing 1,765 students, which are supported by a 4-story pedestal that includes 3 levels of parking.

LeftField oversaw the planning process and will be moving on to support the $650M+ project which will address the aged façade and MEP systems, refresh living areas and renovate the common bathrooms.
