LeftField was selected to manage the planning, design, and construction of a two-phase renovation project at 500 Donald Lynch Bld, Marlborough Ma.  The project team included iKHAN Architects, J. Ferrera Associates, Vanderweil Engineers, CMTA, Inc., Cummings Engineering and Dube Construction Management

Phase 1 included a 1,400 SF walk-in cold room by Control Environment Systems, as well as an office to lab conversion that included a new QC Lab and two new manufacturing suites.  Phase 2 continued the office to lab conversion efforts and provided a new R&D Lab, Manufacturing Instruments Lab, two additional manufacturing suites, and a tech. support suite.
