LeftField was selected by Eyepoint Pharmaceuticals to provide tenant representation for the design, construction, commissioning and qualification of their new 40,000 sf manufacturing facility in Northbridge Massachusetts.  The facility consists of a 10,000 sf ISO7 cGMP manufacturing suite built to meet FDA and EU requirements to support global manufacturing needs for their therapies.  The space includes QA/QC and microbiology labs, development lab, cGMP warehousing and supporting office space.
