LeftField was selected as the OPM for Alexandria Real Estate’s new 500,000 GSF laboratory building which will support biology and chemistry research.

This building is expected to eliminate most of the fossil fuel consumption for building heating and includes features that promote occupant health and wellness enabling their tenant, Moderna, to advance its strategic sustainability initiatives.
