Project Description
As a result of enormous growth, the decision to build a new three-story, 70,000 SF addition that connected to the existing 1964 Isenberg School of Management was exciting. With a strong team on both sides of the table, we successfully completed the project on time and budget while maintaining quality.
The first floor of the new space contains classrooms, a trading room, café, and a multi-story Learning Commons with its dramatic use of light and form. The outdoor space created an open air courtyard for students and faculty to enjoy.
The exterior features a dramatic circular form developed with vertical glass and copper panels. The distinctive design creates a seamless juxtaposition with the adjacent Fine Arts Center located across the quad to the north.
This project achieved LEED Gold.
