LeftField was selected to support the planning, design and construction of Salem State's LEED Gold, 160,000 sf Residence Hall and Dining Hall.

The project consisted of a 500-bed residence hall, 350 seat dining hall with full kitchen, conference area, convenience store, and faculty apartments. The project also included a green roof and solar thermal to reduce energy costs for hot water - one of the most significant energy uses in a student residence hall.
