Stephen has been involved in the construction industry for more than 20 years after graduating with an Engineering and Environmental Science degree from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Science degree in Construction Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

With Stephen’s extensive project experience within the Life Sciences, Technology, Healthcare, Higher Education, and Commercial industries, he has developed a solid skillset for overseeing both the design and construction process. As a Director, Stephen works closely with the project team to ensure the objectives are clear, risk is managed, and communication flows during all phases of a project from programming through construction and closeout. Stephen has established a proven track record ensuring project teams effectively achieve the clients’ goals for budget and schedule.

When not immersed in project work, Stephen loves to spend his free time with his family, coaching soccer, and supporting his daughters’ activities.
