Leena spent many years of her career as a construction manager prior to moving to the Owner’s Project Management side of the industry, which was instrumental in her transition. With experience in a variety of project types including public schools, higher education, and affordable housing, Leena is a team leader who enjoys orchestrating project teams to meet a common goal. She has exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and visual as well as being an excellent collaborator who has the ability to adapt to rapidly changing project environments with a positive attitude.

In her spare time, Leena enjoys attending and volunteering for her children’s sporting and is a strong advocate for mental health awareness.
