David has been involved in the design and construction industry his entire professional career. Educated, trained and experienced as an architect, David then honed his talents in the construction arena working for a major construction manager for many years. His multi-faceted design and construction management skillsets prepared him well for his career as an Owner’s Project Manager.

Well-versed in design, construction, public bid laws and particularly M.G.L. Ch. 149A methodologies, David has proven invaluable to his clients. A highly organized, dedicated and disciplined individual around schedule and costs, he greatly influences and guides the project team and stakeholders with decisions to deliver projects on schedule and under budget. 

In his free time, David enjoys spending time at Squam Lake with his family. When he’s not at the Lake boating, hiking, and ice fishing, you can find him exercising or doing home projects.
